HOW MALEGRA FXT WORK?

The two ingredients in Malegra FXT are Sildenafil and Fluoxetine. Sildenafil belongs to the group of phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors. It inhibits PDE5 and its inhibiting action results in a release of increased cGMP in the Corpus Cavernosum of the penis. This increased levels of cGMP helps in relaxing the smooth muscles of the blood vessels supplying the male organ and improves blood flow. Fluoxetine belongs to the group of SSRI inhibitors. It inhibits the serotonin reuptake, and increases its amount in the blood. This increases its action at the post-synaptic cleft and helps prevent premature ejaculation.

DOSAGE

The usual recommended dose by the doctor is one pill a day. However, you should always consult your doctor for your dose. Take this medicine orally with a glass of water.
