SUPER TADALIS SX

Super Tadalis SX is a medication used to treat two sexual disorders in men: erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE). It contains two active ingredients, 20mg tadalafil and 60mg dapoxetine.

Tadalafil is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor that works by increasing blood flow to the penis, which helps to achieve and maintain an erection. It does this by inhibiting the action of PDE5, an enzyme that breaks down a substance called cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP). cGMP is a signalling molecule that plays a key role in relaxing the smooth muscles in the penis and increasing blood flow.

Dapoxetine is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) that works by delaying the ejaculation process, thus helping to improve control over ejaculation. It does this by increasing the levels of the neurotransmitter serotonin in the brain. Serotonin is a chemical that helps to regulate mood and emotions, and increasing its levels can help to delay the ejaculation process. Dapoxetine works specifically on the serotonin transporter, blocking the reuptake of serotonin into nerve cells and thereby increasing its availability in the synaptic cleft between nerve cells.

DOSAGE

The recommended dose of Super Tadalis SX is one tablet (containing 20mg of tadalafil and 60mg of dapoxetine) taken orally, approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour before sexual activity. The tablet should be swallowed whole with a glass of water, and should not be crushed, chewed or broken.

Missed Dose: If you miss a dose of Super Tadalis SX, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is close to the time of your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed dose.

Overdose: Taking more than the recommended dose of Super Tadalis SX can increase the risk of experiencing side effects, which may be severe. If you suspect an overdose, seek medical attention immediately. Symptoms of an overdose may include headache, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, chest pain, irregular heartbeat, or priapism (a prolonged and painful erection lasting more than 4 hours).

Recommended Dose: The recommended dose of Super Tadalis SX is one tablet per day, taken as needed. Do not exceed the recommended dose, as this may increase the risk of experiencing side effects.

STORAGE

Super Tadalis SX should be stored at room temperature, between 68-77°F (20-25°C), away from heat, moisture, and light. It should be kept out of reach of children and pets. Do not use the medication after the expiration date printed on the packaging. If you have any unused medication or expired medication, dispose of it properly in accordance with local regulations.
