Extra Super P Force (Sildenafil 100mg + Dapoxetine 100mg)

Extra Super P-Force tablets is a combination medication used to treat male sexual problem. As it is a combination of Sildenafil Citrate 100mg which is used to treat erectile dysfunction (impotence) and Dapoxetine 1000mg used to treat premature ejaculation in men.  It is manufactured by Sunrise Remedies Pvt. Ltd and is available in a strip of 4 tablets.

COMPOSITION

• Sildenafil 100mg: Sildenafil acts by relaxing the blood vessels in the penis, thereby increasing blood flow through the penis when sexually excited. It also widens and relaxes the blood vessels in the lung decreasing the blood pressure in the lungs. It is the drug which helps in the treatment of ED.

• Dapoxetine 100mg: Dapoxetine belongs to class of medications called short-acting selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI). It increases the time it takes to ejaculate and can improve the control over the ejaculation.

WORKING OFEXTRA SUPER P-FORCE

Erectile dysfunction (ED) is inability to achieve or maintain a hard, erect penis suitable for sexual activity, due to insufficient blood flow into the penis.  Extra Super P-Force tablets relax the blood vessels in the penis increasing blood flow and causing an erection, which is the natural response to sexual stimulation.  Extra Super P-Force tablets are also used to treat premature ejaculation that has persisted for more than six months.  Premature ejaculation is the most common sexual dysfunction in men of all ages and is defined as early ejaculation with minimal sexual stimulation before or soon after penetration.  Premature ejaculation is not a one-off problem but can persist and recur over a length of time and can cause great distress and problems with relationships. Super P-Force tablets help improve control over ejaculation and increase the time interval before ejaculation occurs during intercourse, by delaying the ejaculation process. Super P-Force tablets work by separate mechanisms to remedy two sexual dysfunction disorders.

DOSAGE

The safe indicated dose of Extra Super P-Force 200 mg is 1 tablet in 24 hours. This medicine will become effective within 30 to 60 minutes. The effect medicine can last for around 6-12 hours. Always take this medicine with a large glass of water and do not crush, break or chew the tablet. Extra Super P-Force 200 mg should be taken only when you plan to have sex. Avoid large or fatty meals close to when you intend to take the medicine.

STORAGE

You should store your Super P-Force tablets below 30°C in a cool dry place. Keep it away from direct sunlight. Do not store in bathroom as the tablet. Keep the medicine in original packing as it will keep it safe from moisture. Keep it out of the reach of Children.

PRECAUTIONS

• Do not take more than 1 dose in 24 hours
• Do not consume if you are allergic to Sildenafil Citrate or
• Keep it out of the reach of children.
• Do not take the medicine if you have any heart problems as the medication will cause a drop in blood pressure.
• Do not take any other drug without consulting the doctor to avoid interactions
• Avoid the consumption of alcohol and grapefruit based beverages.
